Design/Build:

Using our Design/Build method with a single contact source for both architectural design and construction will result in partnering between team members for maximum project success.  This provides a streamlined, integrated solution that will benefit the client in the following ways:  The construction team is motivated to work with the design team to develop a design with constructability in mind based on a target budget.  As a builder, our experience in constructability means that reliable cost and schedule projections are provided early in design.  This allows the owner to make changes, request value engineering, or add scope to a project to maximize design and functionality.  Many projects are given out with an extremely tight time frame.  By letting out the contract as a Design/Build Contract, the contractor is established, and early mobilization and construction activities such as procurement of long lead items are able to proceed concurrently with the design.  This type of contract can reduce the finish date of any project.Convenience- With our in house architects, interior designer, and construction team, we provide the benefit of a complete “one stop shop”.
