Principal Architect John C. Lunsford, AIA, NCARB
Architect Jack Lunsford has placed his stamp on some of the most notable commercial projects in Arizona. A practicing architect since 1953, Jack earned his degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado.
After building a successful career with several prominent architectural firms, he became Principal and President of VSLA Architects from 1978-2004, at which time he joined Guthrie General. His leadership and expertise is an invaluable asset to our team and to our clients.
Jack has been instrumental in designing major medical facilities in the state, including : St. Joseph’s Hospital; St. Luke’s Hospital; Boswell Memorial Hospital; and Luke Air Force Base Hospital, among others. He also worked on the Maricopa County Superior Courts Building, the Motorola Semiconductor Facility, Moon Valley High School and the Arizona State Capital, West Wing.
